Sagiv's Hidden Agenda

Sagiv's theory that the Temple stood in the southern part of the Temple Mount has a hidden agenda that must be taken into account. Sagiv uses the fact that the area where his Temple would stand has no building over it, therefore to rebuild it would not require the razing of any of the Islamic buildings on the Mount. Thus, in the future, should a government arise that would take interest in building a Temple, they could justify this by not having to interfere or offend the Islamic world.
As Rabbi Binyamin Kahane, of blessed memory stated, the rebuilding of the Temple will only begin with the razing of all other buildings on the Mount.
